THE GREENWAY PROJECT – TOM PARR
Derbyshire County Council are now in negotiation with Network rail to transfer
ownership of the track bed from Kilburn to Little Eaton, and the rails, sleepers
and ancillary equipment has been removed. Once this has been completed,
DCC will then be looking for funding followed by consultation and planning
activity.
As soon as any news is available, it will be published on the Parish Council
website, www.littleeatonparishcouncil.com which also has a link to the DCC
Greenway page.
