Thankyou for calling attention to this. Superb scenery, some challenging engineering during construction and a tough route even with only 6 coaches. I had a ride on the Jacobite earlier this year but dry conditions forced West Coast to attach a diesel locomotive which (in the words of the steam loco crew) did 75% of the work to keep the sparks down. Seeing and hearing the sounds of a wide open regulator makes me realise what I missed.
