Pennine Cycleway

In May 2019 I cycled the Pennine Cycleway (NCN 68) and have now got around to writing up my experiences. You're welcome to read my ramblings (and download my GPS files) at https://dent.org.uk/cycling/pennine-cycleway/

There are a lot of hills!

Highly recommended.

Well done, Ian. Quite an achievement. You did not mention how well you coped with the multiple days' riding.
I have done most of NCN1 between Edinburgh and Middlesborough, albeit in a lot of day rides. I've also done the coastal route from Edinburgh to Berwick via Dunbar (NCN76). AS you suggest, Northumberland is prime cycling country.
