Due to the extreme weather conditions likely over the weekend we have decided to postpone the event planned for Sunday.
A revised date in September is probable.
Wise move. I am waiting for a semblance of a break in the rainfall(Maybe early tomorrow/Sat) to visit the Breadsall Greenway. Half expecting one, or both of the previous land slip sites to be showing some sign again. Breadsall village has been badly affected according to the TV a little earlier. Egginton bridge will most likely be inundated too.
