Derby's Velodrome

It looks as though we are to have a Velodrome on Pride Park after all.
Not sure where the money is coming from.

In the UK we currently have 31 velodromes, putting us 11th in the world rankings relative to population.
Japan has 127,  France 125, Australia 97,  Spain 72, Italy 55 and Germany 52, so another one here in UK will be no bad thing,  just as long as the poor Council Tax Payers don't have to foot the bill.
I expect that there will be grants available from somewhere or other.
