Derby Webcam

Since we are now looking Westwards, we will see the sun set
over Mickleover, which is on the horizon.

The Derby webcam, kindly provided by the Smith Partnership from their office in Celtic House (Friargate) has been re-positioned to show a better view.
It now looks towards the new roundabout at the junction of Uttoxeter Road, Stafford Street, Curzon Street and the Inner Ring Road (Mercian Way).

At dusk the view towards Mickleover is nice, and if you look carefully you can just see our porch light on the horizon. The associated Burton webcam which overlooks the infamous rising bollard, must be the most boring webcam in the UK. There is seldom any traffic to be seen, and even less pedestrians. Does anyone actually use the High Street in Burton?
