Tony Ambrose Visit 11th January

An excellent turnout for the visit of Tony Ambrose today.

We met him at Derby Train Station and all rode over to view the Breadsall Greenway.

Here we are at the Station Road bird table where local residents (including John Swan) had left food.
Not fancying the over ripe apples, we returned to The Brunswick PH for a better selection of well cooked food, real ale and cakes by Mavis. Several other Rangers joined us there. A wonderful antidote to the January Blues.
A wide ranging and interesting discussion followed, before Tony had to catch a train to Grantham where he was to meet with the Newark and Grantham Rangers in the evening.
