I'm sure that Sustrans will be publishing loads of photos of the Penrith FestiVol event but, as an initial teaser, some views from when the rain wasn't falling.

Coffee stop and lunch stop on the "Hesket Newmarket Brewery" ride on the Sunday which provided excellent views and about 35 miles of riding.



















Ride followed the bottom of the ridge from centre of photo to bottom left (magnificent views which we'll do well to match if the event visits Derby in future years).
