I much prefer the chocolate background! The lime green does nothing for the photographs. It also detracts from some of the text. Sorry Les. We know that you cannot please everyone, and it is your site. JohnS
It just shows that you can't please all of the people all of the time, but we do our best. Mr.Google has thoughtfully provided increasingly sophisticated options, so I will ring the changes to keep you all on your toes. Having a degree of colour blindness, they all look OK to me. For future comments on the background colours you might like to score them on a scale of marks out of ten.
I am happy with light green background providing a 'calm' background against which to read Les's excitable prose on the virtues of Asda's lunchtime menu. Stick with green for a rural pursuit
I like the background, easy on the eye Oh while I remember the street lighting crew have been out along Raynesway service roads and replaced the lights, the route sign that points towards Megaloughton Lane from the East Service Road is now on a lamp post on the opposite side of the road to where cyclists would be, it will be easy to miss if your not familar with the area, or if there is a vehicle at the junction blocking it from view. May be worth someone having a look when passing, or I can email a photo to Les? Iain (Leyland)

Three very good spring photos Les. No error signals popping up.

Lovely pics, Les.
I echo Clyde - how fantastic they look on the more attractive background.

Great pictures, but I am no fan of chocolate. Lets try another colour please.
