"Favourite Rides" is now added to the Blog as a stand alone page similar to the "Events" page. If you would like to add one of your favourite rides, then please do, but contact me first as I have had considerable difficulty in getting this to work. You can add photographs, maps and videos just as for normal posts.
Also a page entitled "Contacts" is added. This will contain only names and mobile phone numbers, with the permission of the persons concerned. With increasing use of portable communications by means of Smartphones, WiFi, and Tablets, this will be useful where there is a need to contact other Rangers by phone when away from home.

liking the cloud quarry route, but it may be handy to include an estimate of distance within the description?
It is certainly the intention to include distances on this page, together with a map and perhaps a photograph.
The Cloud Quarry Ride was used to set up the feature and will be updated shortly.
