Origami Ride in Nottingham

Details here of the Folding Society's Origami Ride in Nottingham on Saturday 13th February.
Meet 10.30am for (11am start) at the Costa Gourmet next to the ticket office at Nottingham Train Station.
The ride distance is 21 miles, initially alongside the River Trent and eventually to Hucknall for lunch at the Pilgrim Oak  PH which is a Wetherspoons. The route is mainly on quiet roads and unmade paths,
mostly flat, but with a couple of gradients, and takes in the Linby Trail and Newstead Abbey.
Return to Nottingham by train on the Robin Hood Line which costs £2.80 and runs half hourly. Alternatively bagged folding bikes can be carried by tram, or you can cycle back, but will need lights.

Was hoping to go on this ride but it's now the start of half term holiday and we seem to have a few animals to take care of including a horse. Maybe next time!!

No problem with the horse.............if it's a clothes horse, it will qualify as a folder.

Always useful to see what's going on in Nottingham. For a real challenge follow the tram tracks in from Toton!
