Having suffered a split rear tyre on one of our folding bikes whilst on holiday in the Lake District, we were unable to obtain a suitable replacement in either of the bike shops in Keswick. Fortunately this was towards the end of the week, so back home a search of the Internet revealed that 16 inch tyres are not so easy to find even there, but, lo and behold, we could get one locally at a very reasonable price and avoid postage cost (and delay) by collecting it from West Country Recumbents in nearby Melbourne.
