REASON FOR
RECONSULTATION: This planning application has
been registered since 2011 and has been undetermined due to an omission in
terms of the information accompanying the application. Whilst recognising that the information is
required, archaeological investigation, the applicant has requested that the
application now be determined on the basis of the information already in the possession
of the Local Planning Authority.Accordingly I am notifying you that the
application is once again 'live' and may be determined in late May or
June. If there is anything you wish to
add to the comments already submitted, then please forward them to the Local
Planning Authority within 14 days of the date of this letter. All previous correspondence will be taken
into account in the determination of this planning application.
I am writing to let you know that the
above planning application has just been amended. You may wish to make observations on the
application and the issues it raises.
If you wish to make any observations,
I need to receive them in writing within FOURTEEN
DAYS of the date of this letter. Any
comments will be taken into account when the application is being dealt with
and acknowledged if accompanied by a stamped addressed envelope. Any comments made will be open for public
inspection.

Bad news indeed, but since our previous objections a new factor must surely be considered and that is FLOODING. Since land either side of the proposed site was flooded twice to a considerable depth not so long ago it is safe to assume that Burnaston House would have been flooded as well and I will point this out to Tim Denning.
