There seems a reasonable prospect that tomorrow night will be rain-free so I am proposing a glow worm count starting from Mickleover Station at 10.45pm on Tuesday 15 June 2010. I suggest we meet in the Great Northern from 10pm. The walk to Bearwardcote Farm and back will probably take about 2 hours. Everyone welcome.

Way past my normal bedtime, but will be there.
Not able to make tonight's 'watch' but hope to carry out a survey on thursday or friday night this week. We can then compare glows!

26 glow worms seen last night, mainly between Osierbed Wood and Bannell's Gate.
