A new building is nearing completion at the Mercia Marina, close by the Findern/Willington road. It has a low pitch flat roof which is covered with live grass, so don't be surprised if you see a guy mowing it.
This is not the new pub (as we thought) but a commercial building for Midland Chandlers.
Work has not yet started on the new pub, but there are already three pubs in Willington and another in Findern, so no need to go thirsty.
