I thought this example in Trondheim (a city about half the size of Derby) might be a good candidate for the world's most northerly railway station cycle rack,
but then we went to Bodo ...
However, Google extends further north to Narvik:

Snow in Trondheim and in Bodo but none in Murmansk?? Perhaps our current outbreak really belongs to Russia?
