Artwork on the Water Rail Way

This may explain why I saw an angler carrying the most enormous keep net.

The young lady who held my bike whilst I took her photograph.

The Barley and Rye Arch spans the cycle path.

The steel Lincolnshire Red Cow sculpture.

I certainly don't blame you in wanting to ride the Water Rail Way, named after the Water Rail bird and not it being a rail path. I never tire off riding it too when I can.

The large fish is based on a pike, made out off a very large log and machined by a chain saw, just like the lady who is inspired from Tennyson's words, Lady of Shallot, the arch also has the same name. This was forged at Anwick.

The cows, Lincoln Reds by Sally Matthews, who also has some sheep near Woodhall Spa.

There is some other great works coming from the Boston end too. No doubt saved for another day!
