This Crack Willow Tree is situated about 1/2 mile West of Mickleover Station and to say the least, looks as though it will not survive the Winter gales.
I have asked the Derbyshire Countryside Rangers to take a look at it, and it seems that it will be made safe by felling it shortly.
A similar Willow Tree nearby came down across the path a couple of years ago, fortunately during the night, when no-one was about.
