Bear with me! This is an exercise in uploading a Word document.
Does it work?
It should enlarge to be readable. Will be interesting to see if the detail in the photos has been preserved. The document was part of an OU assignment and I had to draw the map by hand as I found it impossible to manipulate the Sustrans version.
A good day out for anyone in the area!

Interesting document which enlarged fine. Not really a rock man myself, but find the subject worth an inspection.

Yes, this works perfectly, being easily readable when enlarged by clicking on the image.
A useful technique to know for future reference where we can scan printed text (or maps)and load onto the Blog.
I presume that the original is A4.
I used the Print facility on my Mac to convert (A4) Word pages to iPhoto and then .jpeg. Don't know if it works on a PC but on the Mac anything that can be printed can be converted to .jpeg, and then cropped to remove unwanted stuff. No apparent deterioration in definition but does use lots of Mbs.
The brief was to produce a leaflet that would interest the general public in local geology. Probably too ambitious to try and get them involved in cycling at the same time.

I think that's brilliant, Martin. It works fine - and it's very interesting!
I wonder if our friends in the north would find it interesting. I will mention our blog on the Rangernet.
